Whilst living in the Netherlands for 5 years, driven by a passion for health & wellbeing, Eva had her finger in many different pies professionally, including high pressure international management roles. Yoga has been what helped her stay focused & driven throughout.

Over 20+ years, she taught, practiced & studied yoga all over the globe including France, California, New York, Amsterdam, India where she completed her 200 hr Hatha, Meditation & physiology teacher training with Swami Yogananda Maharaji (107yrs of age).

  • A gigantic 'thank you’
to dearest Eva and the rest of the beautiful team.

I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for an incredible experience.

What you have begun to create is a heartwarming community of like-minded souls. Your space and practices provide a beautiful platform for self-reflection, acceptance and healing, all the while pushing the perfect amount of provocation to challenge your students to draw learnings from ancient traditions to guide their everyday lives.

Sadly for many we have lost this deeper understanding of self and others. Something which I have no doubt contributes to the terrifying burden of illness, both physical and emotional, I see day in and day out. I am truly grateful for your teachings, wisdom and passion. I can quite honestly say I draw skills from my practice daily, with a new set of coping strategies to tackle the tricky bits in life. It has most definitely left me hungry for more.

    - Dr. Mairaed Crawford - MD

  • “On the inside I felt like a train wreck when I first started yoga. I had no idea that your yoga practices had great healing powers. I have come such a long way since my first class. Heck, I couldn't even lie down on my mat at the beginning as I was so up tight, now I can't wait to get in and flip my mat out.

I have gained confidence, wisdom, acceptance, forgiveness, love, trust, joy and many other things since starting yoga, and I can't thank you all enough. I opened my mind and reconnected with myself and the universe and I feel it is listening to me as so many things have fallen into place for me.

My biggest step moving forward was opening my heart and I have met a really nice man, I don't think I would have done this without the help from all of you. So it's onwards and upwards.“

    - Louise

  • I am a retired Military Veteran after 30 years of service with the Australian Regular Army. I was recently medically retired in 2017 due to injuries I sustained during my service. I am a local resident and a Health and Wellness Advocate for the Veteran & First responder community. I now teach Yoga and Meditation programs at the Altona RSL to the Veteran community and their families.

During the last 2 years I have been regularly working with Eva to assist with my rehabilitation program and found the benefits of a regular Yoga practice to be enormous.

The Australian Defence Force funded an 8 week Yoga therapy program where I was privately mentored by the founder of Wild Gypsea Wellness, Eva Buman. The success of this trauma sensitive program, coupled with my ongoing Yoga practice was pivotal in the significant improvement of my physical and mental health and wellbeing. This has lead me to teach Yoga to other Veterans in our local community.

    - Ross Walker,
Veteran & Wellness Advocate

  • Yoga has been my best investment. Eva and all the other teachers are wonderful, knowledgeable and welcoming. You can feel how much thought and loving energy has been put into creating a space that provides a sanctuary to all those who enter.

From the lighting, use of aromatherapy, props, the cards, meditation and Tibetan singing bowls, I am grateful to have such a holistic and magical healing place that is down the road from me. This yoga has got me through many emotional times and it's a real treat to have :) Thanks guys.
