Hamford McDonald
Yoga, PT & Pilates Instructor
Venturing into yoga as a recreational athlete in 2004, my commitment deepened, leading to a transformative journey. I completed my 200-hr teacher training at the Joschi Institute in New York in 2010, taking a hiatus from my career as a recording artist. Since relocating to Australia in 2011, I've taught at various Melbourne studios.
With over 1,000 hours of diverse training, including Jivamutki, mat Pilates, Yin Yoga, Barre Attack, and more, my classes, rooted in Ashtanga, focus on breath-guided movement, dynamic sequencing, and alignment. I aim to enhance whole-body functionality and kinaesthetic awareness, empowering students in their practice and unlocking their full potential.
