As women, we need a safe space to explore our thoughts, feelings and experiences around fertility, menstruation, ageing, and menopause.
In this 4hr special event, Rachel will share practices to help you sleep, manage digestive discomfort, anxiety, stress, hormonal balance, hot flushes and build core & bone strength.
You’ll also be guided through breathwork, meditation and movement practices that will support your changing needs through this stage of life.
You will leave with an individually tailored Self Care plan to support your physical and mental well-being during this initiation of becoming a wise woman.

THE FACILITATOR
In this half-day workshop Wild Gypsea yoga teacher and mother of 3 Rachel Goldenberg will invite us to question the way we see ourselves as women who are ageing.
Rachel began her yoga journey at 43 (She is now 50).
In 2020 she had 3 surgeries to prevent breast and ovarian cancer.
Rachel underwent a double mastectomy, removal of ovaries and surgical menopause while single parenting through lockdown. Rachel shares the practices she has incorporated into her daily life to strengthen her body, calm the mind and settle the nervous system.
