Sometimes referred to as Yogic Sleep, yoga Nidra is a journey that will move you to a place beyond words and concepts. We will practice breath and yin first to enter a place of complete relaxation and withdrawal of the senses to allow expansion into our true nature.
Yoga Nidra has become an integral part of treatment protocols in the world of modern psychotherapy in cases involving trauma, PTSD and stress. Science has taken a keen interest in this age-old practice and you will now find many versions such as NSDR (neuroscience), iRest (psychotherapy). We will be sharing this rich tradition in an all-encompassing way.

Born in France, mama of 2 daughters, Yoga found Sarah more than 20 years ago.
She practices and shares a modern approach to traditional teachings using incredible tools that she has been gifted by her teachers.
She follows all aspects of the yoga tradition (Asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra,nidra and meditation) and the principles of Ayurveda, to help students bring body and mind to a state of harmony.
As a teacher, her aim is for everyone to feel welcome so they know they can practice safely in a way that feels good for their body. With a strong connection to the breath, energy, philosophy and self-inquiry, Sarah applies intentional sequencing targeting physical, mental, and spiritual realms.
